User Agreement
1. The term "you" includes an individual or the authorized representative of a legally constituted entity, such as a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership. You may also be referred to in this Agreement as the "User". By signing below, you agree that you have read the terms and conditions which follow, and that you agree to abide by and be legally bound by those terms and conditions. You may, from time to time, be informed of changes and additions to the terms and conditions. Your continued use of Microthai Plus Co., Ltd services shall represent your agreement to any such changes or additions. If at any time you decide not to abide or be bound by any term or condition, you agree to immediately terminate your account with Microthai Plus Co., Ltd .
2. You or third persons are not allowed to circumvent or bypass the security mechanisms of an information system or network as maximum provided by law. To prevent security risks from hacking, Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. recommends that as well as changing passwords regularly, users should:
• Make passwords at least eight digits long.
• Not write passwords down
• Use more than one password for different websites
• Avoid common themes.
3. You are not allowed to transfer your right to third persons without permission of Microthai Plus Co., Ltd., unless the company reserves the right to denounce your membership without notice.
4. POP3 Account which Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. allows you to choose your own email address should not be the name which is derogatory to others rights or detrimental to nation, religious and the King, unless the company reserves the right to denounce your membership without notice.
5. You are not allowed to make any home page or website which is detrimental to nation, religious and the King, unless the company reserves the right to denounce your membership without notice.
Financial Conditions
1. As consideration for the services you have selected, you agree to pay the applicable service(s) fees at the time of your selection. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, in whole or in part, in any conditions.
2. You agree to pay fees which are calculated according to regulations of Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. in time.
3. Payments are due within 30 days after the month in which the charges are incurred. Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. reserves the right to denounce your membership while the montly fee is charged.
4. In case of paying invalid check, accounts or authorized users have to pay Bth 2,000 fee. And Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. reserves the right to take on the customer under financial conditions (No.2).
5. In case of breaking the payment, you have to pay 1.5% per month interest calculated from the arrear. And you agree to pay all expenses for accelerate procedure.
6. In case of paying fees for previous accounts, it means that the right has been transfered to you. The fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, in whole or in part, in any conditions. (Please read Terms and Conditions No.4)
7. In case of using any value added services, you would be responsible for the charges and follow its terms and conditions and those that Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. would set up or change later.
8. Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change service charges rate with notice. If you don’t agree with the new regulation, you have to put down in writing within 15 days after the company’s announcement. Unless you have to pay service charges according to new rate.

Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. provides web hosting services and allows you to use your email address as domain name, account name or user name.
2. You agree to follow terms and conditions, regulations, and suggestions of Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. or those that would be change later.
3. You agree to specify “Technical Contact Person” as your representative and (s)he would possess authority in dealing with Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. in internet using security. You would be responsible for the charges according to his/her obligations. If you would like to change “Technical Contact Person”, you have to previously put down in writing at least 3 days and the company reserves the right to collect fee for every times of changing.
4. In case of paying fees for previous accounts, it means that the right has been transfered to you. To inform Microthai Plus Co., Ltd., you have to put down in writing and show your document therefore previous user contract would be authomatically terminated. (Please read Financial Conditions No.7)
5. Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. reserves the right to reject your member application without any explaination and denounce the membership of those who violence terms and conditions or regulations without notice.
6. You agree to strictly follow terms and conditions or regulations which set up by Microthai Plus Co., Ltd.
7. You agree not to violate Microthai Plus Co., Ltd., unless you have to pay fees for any damage loss and injury. And the company reserves the right to denounce your membership without notice.
8. In case of changing password requirement, you have to inform Microthai Plus Co., Ltd., by written notice and attach a copy of your identified card.
9. Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. reserves the right to analyse statistics from your services usage without any permission.
10. You specifically agree that use of the internet services provided by Microthai Plus Co.,Ltd. are at your sole risk. Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for, or warranty of, any communication or the content thereof received by you through the use of the services provided by Microthai Plus Co., Ltd.
11. Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. would attempt to provide the domain name as you required except those which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable communication or material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
12. When this Agreement is terminated, Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. reserves the right to delete your database after sending debit statement within thirty days (Please read Financial Conditions No.3)
13. You agree to use the services provided by Microthai Plus Co.,Ltd. only for lawful purposes, specifically, you agree;
A. To honor the protections afforded by copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights which may be dentified as protecting materials or communications on the Internet, and to make only such noncommercial use of those materials as is allowed by applicable law; and
B. To respect the conventions, courtesies, and ordinary rules of use which govern access to and communication on the Internet.
And you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. harmless from any claim or suit of any person resulting from your use of any Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. service or facility.
14. You should possess “User Etiquette” and agree;
A. To absolutely refrain from posting to or transmitting on the Internet through the use of the Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. services, any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable communication or material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law; and
B. To absolutely refrain from posting to or transmitting on the Internet through the use of MaceCom.net services, any unsolicited messages to private e-mail addresses or to publicly accessed Usenet newsgroups, especially which are violate Microthai Plus Co., Ltd. or our officials.
